Submitted a claim for damage. Was accepted. Now get the check in the mail. No check after several emails to the owner and even a call. Will resend the check via Fedex and email tracking info. To date no check.
I agree. Very informative and well-done. However, I had my speaker volume all the way up, and the white noise in the background made it difficult to hear you. I had to pause several times and go back to listen again.
When you say CARMACK applies to anything that touches transportation, are you including intrastate cargo hauls? I'm pretty sure CARMACK does not apply in that instance but that it only applies to interstate transport.
