I ve been advised to wear sunscreen indoors as well as outdoors, especially whilst working on a laptop that gives out blue light which is also harmful to the skin

Liz, listening to your chats as last while it’s really giving me hope. My G.P was absolutely horrible and so dismissive,so I’ve made a private consultation at a menopause clinic in Belfast with a Dr K. McKinney so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Just an FYI mineral sunscreens only reflect 5% to 10% of UV rays the rest acts in the same way as chemical sunscreens x

More great information Liz Thank you What sun protection do you use? I have been using Cereva AM which contains 25 protection but I can't put on my eyes. And, now with with you explaining what is best I need a separate one Any recommendations are welcome & for acids too Thank you :0 x

I’d love some advice as someone who has surgical menopause following Ovarian cancer Gct, which is estrogen driven so I have to avoid estrogen.

Hi, I’m 60 and have been on HRT for 10 months. As well as looking after our facial skin is there anything for other areas. The skin on my shins is very dry and flaky and sore. Apart from moisturising is there anything else that can help? Thanks.

Liz I have a month thing ,I 65 year for a few ,year I get a bladder infection and weakness ,like a light in eyes , went to many doctors ,got a lots of test ,put can't find out what wrong, put on a lot of tablets, came of them ,make me worse, please can you help me ,

I'm taking HRT 8mths now and to be honest there is no improvement on my skin at all so disappointing as you hear OH HOW GREAT MY SKIN IS SINCE HRT...I look after my skin always have as I was a beautician... if I didnt get botox I'd hate to see how my face would look like...😔😔

Have your other symptoms improved with hrt? Maybe you need a higher dose?

Hi Liz Like thousands of others I am giving up with LE products after many, many years of brand loyalty. It is a great shame and has saddened many other loyal devotees. Why have they changed so comprehensively a winning formula?
