Carl Nielsen - Symphony Nº5 

Amazing performance. This conductor does not use a score to perform this incredibly complex and wonderful piece. Bravo! And the orchestra, which I was unfamiliar with, does a superb job of a difficult piece.

Fine orchestra, although the snare drummer could try a few more tricks to "try to stop the orchestra's progress". (Nielsen's actual directions!) The conductor (Danish?) uses an odd technique but seems to get results. (I don't care what he's wearing!)

What the hell is the conductor wearing?

If you can get past the S & M costume and histrionic gesturing. Just listen and look away.....Good not great.
