I can't get over how serene that major third in the final chord sounds, and the principal on this organ is perfect for accompanying the voice. I like how the video starts in the town and the vineyard. I would love to visit this town, play the organ, and drink the wine.

Elam Rotem's deep knowledge of musicology and the historical group work on understanding music writing and composition during the Renaissance period shows clearly here. It takes actually research into musicology to render the piece this way.
