@@darleenecajuste4841she said she doesn’t know Sophia like that. It’s not looking good because she brought her on the show as “her girl” but in reality she doesn’t know Sophia. Me personally I am not going to call someone I don’t know and let them know I switched realtors..but if they are my actual friend I’m rocking with them and would tell them how I really felt about them dragging their feet on getting me a building.

When I purchased my first home, I switched realtors because the first was only available on the weekends and that was an inconvenience for me. However, out of courtesy, I let him know that I was switching to someone who was more available and flexible. There were no hard feelings. I thought he was going to charge me for the few times he showed me properties but he didn't.

Im a managing broker and based on my experience, it seens SoGucci dropped the ball b/c she didnt get her to sign a contract for her services. Also if Lattice brought the deal to her and it later fell threw she definitely doesn't owe her anything...

Out of plain common courtesy, Latreice should have informed SoGucci that she was switching agents. Why did she hide it? It wasn't that big of a deal. Switching agents is not uncommon.

I just hate that they gang up on Latrice and I Hate that my fave LaTrice feels like she has to lash out at these ladies but they stay trying to find something wrong with Latrice and it does seem like jealousy. Latrice doesn’t keep their names in her mouth like they do hers. I don’t like this at all and I wouldn’t apologize either cause So Gucci always has something to say even not inviting Latrice and her husband

Let's see about that. She got into this little tiff with so Gucci and as a true malicious person she went and invited her enemy to the event to cause problems and she did. Then she meets with Tisha who spoke to her about the panel and what does she do? Run to Tampa and hatty Mae to turn them on the other belles. She can act all high and mighty but it's clear that grandparents married is laying hands and feet on her and she wish she was single and could truly be independent. Hurt people hurt people indeed... she may be pretty put that character is ugly and dirty and baby money can't fix that.
