I was curious about your analysis because I think I came up with the same conclusion that his tumbling and execution is brilliant and clean but he also needs to increase his difficulty in high bar and rings to medal in individual all around. I'm wonder though if a certain country wasn't banned from the olympics, then he may have had tough competition on floor and vault. I was hoping to see Nagornyy's triple pike on floor. At the end of the day, he brought attention and pride to Philippine gymnastics for a country that never really valued the sport much less men's gymnastics.
That would have been interesting. There was a triple back on floor from Great Britan that was pretty solid but he did not make the medal stand. It really does matter who has the better day on that day so it is really hard to say. Carlos is very consistant and almost always has solid landings so either way, I beleive he would be up there and a good chance to win with everyone there. thanks.
