We’ve had Pig & Anchor and weren’t impressed. I will say that we are from Georgia and have eaten great bbq here, the Carolinas, and Texas. If you’ve never had great bbq, P&A may be good. We would compare it to a strip mall “bbq” joint where all the flavor comes from the sauce, not the meat. Great video guys!!!
@@luvysfatlife me too. I heard the room service wings are really good but I’m not sure I want to spend the extra money they now charge for room service
Mike , we didn't care for the free buffet and the paid version. We have given the buffet a couple of chances but I probably will not go again. The paid option was very disappointing. Great job
I think it’s safe to say that doing proper smoked barbeque on a cruise ship is a bridge too far…We certainly wouldn’t pay extra for it. May try the nachos next time. That’s a bit steep for what you get though…
Guy Fieri really needs to go on these ships and train to improve quality control. I will say that I cruised on the Mardi Gras twice and the first time Guys Pig and Anchor was awful. The second cruise it was fantastic. Thankfully guys pig and anchor is free on the Mardi Gras and the Celebration.
We love horizon been on her twice but never had any of the bbq paid or the free option, maybe we won’t on the next cruise on the NON group cruise in October
We have not been on the Carnival Horizon yet, but I really liked your evaluation of the BBQ. We have not been impressed with the Guy's BBQ on the other ships. It has either been cold or missing flavor. We just thought it was because we are here in Texas where we have really good local BBQ.
