Yeah Carnival stopped for a while due to Covid but they started back up about 6 months ago!

Yes there's something special and intimate about the smaller ships. I ate in that back area on my last cruise. It was quiet and I even saw a pier runner. Our Daughter loves Camp Ocean. Wow that is a lot of kids. Looking forward to seeing how you all fit in the cabin. See you later.

You have to try a breakfast burrito!!! They are so good!! Jalapeño wrapper, Mexican style eggs, extra hash browns, ham or sausage, pico, onions, and cheese…and some salsa on the side 😋 Oh I could go for one now! Next Carnival cruise isn’t til May though!

When you get on the ship they will tell you where your muster is. Your boarding pass will have the muster number on it and they will direct you from there. Have a great time!!!

Thanks. Actually this was my first time trying a mic…. And it didn’t work. I lost audio from the time we checked in until we got guys burgers. That’s why there were more voice overs than usual. I do have a media mod on my GoPro and that helps with the mic.

I’m fully aware of the original Mardi Gras, Jubilee, Carnivale, and Holiday. Do you know which class they were in? I don’t believe they were actually in a “class”, but just stand alone ships. Fantasy is the first class- I never said it was one of the first ships- I said it’s one of Carnival’s older ships within the first class, Fantasy.

Elation is 2 classes below Sunshine. 70K tonnage compared to 102k tonnage of Sunshine. So Sunshine/Sunrise ships are alot bigger than Elation. You’ll also notice that Sunshine has a lot more balcony cabins than Elation.

No problem! Yes all of the food is included on this particular ship. Certain ships have specialty dining for an upcharge but not on this ship. The wifi ranges from about $12-18 per day per person depending on the speed/package you select! Parking is currently $17 per day thru JaxPort Authority. But always check online before cruising because sometimes it fluctuates slightly. Faster to the fun- I personally don’t think it’s worth it unless you see a new cruiser who wants to avoid a little bit of the wait time. It just gives you early embarkation (which you can select an early arrival appointment if you check in 2 weeks before your cruise right at midnight). It gives you priority tender shuttle (IF you visit a port that has a water taxi- Half Moon Cay, Princess Cay, Grand Cayman, Belize). You have a separate line at guest services (if you even need to visit there). And you can get off the ship early (but you can do this without faster to the fun if you carry off your own luggage). So if you aren’t familiar with some of these tricks, then it might be worth it, but me personally, I don’t think faster to the fun is worth it. I’ll be making a video on it soon because I get asked this question a lot. Enjoy your cruise!

The only things accessible about the cabin are the grab bars in the shower/restroom, the sink, and lower shelves in closet. It’s not a fully accessible cabin so it’s the same size as the regular cabins/restrooms. The fantasy class ships have larger restrooms than the other ships.

That is correct. No sweet tea 😏. And adding the sugar packets don’t help. I recommend packing the drink mixes you can add to your water bottle.
