@@Winterstorme17 it’s a spinning bar. It’s harder than it seems. I’ve hung for 3 minutes before but as soon as you change something like the spinning bar, or making it just a half an inch thicker, or a different texture on the bar, the time varies dramatically
You don't win $150 for hanging 100 seconds. A carnival would never offer such a large cash prize, or any cash prize. You can see all the Prizes you can win hanging around the cage.
The sign behind the kid says hang 100 seconds and win choice. That means you pick a stuffed animal, not win any cash , much less $150. What's the point of making up a story for such a trivial reason?
More than likely the worker told him he was good and that he won due to he can't see the timer. If that's the case, then he did win, but according to the clock he didn't
