I’ve got five fresh carnivore air fryer recipes for you today! A couple of quick and easy standbys and a couple of experiments that I threw together to test out. I’ll also share with you the macro breakdowns of each meal so you can get an idea of the protein and fat percentages and the calories.

Watching now Jenny! I don't have an air fryer, never had one. I STILL use my Black and Decker Spacesaver toaster oven for everything! It's just too hot to use the large oven here in FL. So far, i love the bone marrow recipe the best, as I'm a huge fan of marrow! I also love the pizza crust idea! I have 2 packages of ground chicken frozen and have been trying to figure out what to make with it. (If I had an air fryer, it would simplify it). I also have a few packages of Haloumi Greek cheese that would be great in an air fryer too! Hard choice between the cheese brick and the pizza. I think the cheese brick would go nice with a good ribeye and the pizza is good on its own. Can't choose so I'll have to do both!

I have made pizza with ground chicken before, but the version I tried did not contain pork rinds, nor did it have an Alfredo sauce. And it was cooked in the oven 🫣. Definitely want to try the white pizza recipe! 👍🏾😬

In the air fryer? Maybe try adjusting the temp and keep a close eye on it. It can burn quickly
