Congratulations on your health gains. I started a carnivore diet in March. Within weeks, rosacea and decades long heartburn resolved. I stopped my blood pressure medicine and my blood pressure is 120/80 or lower every day. I added back dairy and some fruit without giving up any of the gains. My energy to shop for new watches is now supercharged, as you might have guessed.
I went from size 42 to 32 in nine months. This lifestyle is eating into my clothes budget. I am a vintage watch guy, so today I'm wearing a 1966 Tissot seastar,but no more watch buying, have to buy new T shirts. I hate this diet.
