All she does is lay them on a baking sheet and cook them at 375 for 45 minutes with salt. I have some cooking right now as a matter of fact. @@PurpleWolfer

I tried their pastured eggs and I don’t believe for a minute that they’re pastured. The yolks were pale and not the brilliant orange color I get when I buy my eggs in one of my favorite local natural food stores.

I buy from a local organic farmer, and they pasture raise their chickens, moving the houses 2-3 times a week. I questioned the yolks, too. Some are orange, some are yellow. She said it's because many farms also feed them things like marigold petals. I did some research...and found that to be true. So don't go by the egg yolk color, because they cannot, by law, say they are pasture-raised unless they are. I will say the membrane in the eggs I buy from this organic farmer is much thicker and stronger, which is the collagen.

Be mindful that the sellers are catching on to consumers associating rich color with health and they're feeding their chickens stuff that makes their yolk LOOK healthier while not actually being so. We can't rely on yolk color anymore.

@@leonfrancis3418 EXACTLY! We, absolutely, cannot go by yolk color anymore. That orange color very much is associated with supplementing their pasture-raised chickens.

Instead of pork bellies at 16.99 total price, for 4 pounds, go get the 4 pounds of extremely thick bacon for 9.99....same part of the animal, and taste the same

Only the unsalted KG butter is adulterated, salted is for some reason still all grass fed.

@sylves62 im from nl aswell, i would advice to look up boerderij winkels and farmer markets, they often have cheap raw dairy and eggs, for meat most local butchers are cheaper then supermarkets

I buy a couple trays of the pork Belly, salt and pepper the outsides, then throw it in the Traeger on the smoke settings for about 6 hours. Then it fits perfectly in a gallon zip-lock bag. I slice it across the grain and fry it up for breakfast, about a half stick at a time. Two over medium eggs cooked in that KerryGold in the bottom of a cereal bowl, that half stick of fried smoked pork belly, and two more eggs on top. Yummy!

Beware - As of some time in 2023 Kerrygold uses “Natural Flavors” now in the silver unsalted package. Opt for the Salted or Kirkland brand. The latter is from New Zealand and 95% grass fed and is a lot cheaper. Kerrygold is not pure grass fed, only when weather in Ireland permits.

Ghee is butter... If you have a dairy allergy then you can't eat ghee either, if you're lactose intolerant then you'd have to eat more than 3 tablespoons of butter in one sitting to trigger a reaction

Jeez. It’s at least the double price here in Sweden. And we don’t have those big chunks of meat. Go to a butcher isn’t an option because it’s regulated. There is farmers who sell their meat but then it costs about $30 a pound.

How do you know any of these are grass-fed? I am hyper sensitive and just transitioning to carnivore, but I am usually OCD level of a purist. Curious if maybe they tell you on the back but for some reason don’t blast it on the front? I am hoping to keep my carnivore as budget friendly as possible but for two adults our quality of food intake has been well over $600-$900/month for two adults. Is this normal? How much do you guys spend you two per month. We are both the same body types as you as a couple. Thanks so much!

You are so lucky in the US. A cow is always a cow in any country, so I have come to the conclusion that in Italy the butchers don't know how to section the Animal because the cura you get in USA are soooo many more than you get hear. For carnivore this is disheartening. I Watcher the video of the " bearded butchers " un US and the different cuts they sectioned was mind blowing.. Bell steak an better Gal, I very much like your videos Un' just into my 2nd year carnivore.Seen a lot of inprovements but I still have a long way to go and I'm good with that.😊 Greetings from Milan.

I do not have a Costco anywhere near where I live sadly 😪 basically I need to know what a walmart, safeway, mckays haul looks like for you haha pleaseeeee.... maybe even a grocery outlet if u have one I also have a Natural Grocers but can not really afford their prices so I tend to barely go there. If you can do the first 3 places that would be absolutely amazing. I actually dont like walmarts meats and have stopped buying from there years ago but.... for folks that do, perhaps u can do a haul for the first 3 stores listed above? Thanks

I’m in central texas and we have a Sams doesn’t have anything good really. Going deeper into the city we have a Costco but it isn’t the same as yours. We use HEB’s and Natural Grocery here
