You look amazing and I'm so glad you feel amazing and I love the fact that I've been sharing this journey with you. I love the fact that with my new place , they have chickens so I can get eggs fresh every day and enjoy that expense off my bill and add some more variety to my meals. So proud to share the journey and feeling so fuffilled and healthy as I continue to enjoy the new lifestyle. Even better is they have a small home gym i can use so once my foot is healed up ill be solid. And I adopted what the other commentor suggested. I enjoy lemon in homemade soda water with a soda stream. Definitely recommend you get one

Hey Mike, I'm glad the carnivore diet is working out for you. I've been on an IM diet for 2+ years and eat both meat and vegetables (its not for weight, but longevity reasons). Meat is great, but I'd recommend including some source of potassium, because that's one mineral that it lacks (yes, eggs are a good source of it but no where near enough to meet RDI)

Bro, I'm going 80% carnivore diet now to see what's going on... I have a concern. It looks like not enough food... Of course, the more quality food the less amount you need it makes sense but could you explain a little bit more how you split that food for daily basis? I think I'm going to starve now lol
