Serves 4
Ingredients:
15g/1 tbsp Butter
500g Carton Egg Whites
a Pinch of Salt
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
2-4 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
add extracts and other flavors of your choice

Funny, I was listening to you while I was making strawberry ice cream for myself. I’ll have to watch this again to see how you make it with scrambled eggs. Sounds different. I made it through the hospital. Stay by eating part of the meal and living mostly on a big bag of almonds from Costco. Meals designed by Weight Watchers or from a hospital are based on the American Dietitian association, which is pretty much sponsored by big Pharma. I have stomach problems with erythitol. I think that calling the mixture monk fruit is a marketing ploy because it’s mostly erythritol. All brands I didn’t realize that allulose has carbs. I checked my bag. Omg, it does!!! 4gr for a small scoop. This is a new technique for me. Where is the first of this technique?

Interesting read Judy 😊 Oh I have been experimenting for a while using this recipe. The first recipe was pudding...you just don't freeze it. And the 2nd is the gravy recipe

One advice, the only approved carnivore sweeteners are Inulin and Glycine, which are both amino acids. 😊 What you made would be considered Ketovore. Yeah, just getting technical 😅 You know that I love you both!! ❤❤❤ I'm binge watching tonight. Allulose does have carbs, but your body does not absorb them. 🎉🎉 Lana 💋

I'm watching the replay right now, lil Sis and Chris ❤ and I can't see the *"recipe"* in the description box 😮😢! Love this shirt and the black and white shirt from the last live, lil Sis 💖💖💖 👍👍👍we don't have something like this here in Germany 😥😭😭😭!! It turns out, after the MRI, that I need a shoulder surgery because the pictures showed that there is *"no space"* where it should be to lift your arm without pain and the bone on bone makes the awful pain. 😮😢😭😭😭 Hopefully the surgery will be done in the first week of june 🤞🤞🤞🤞!! I hope all goes well and surgery is a success! Oh yes that's the one. You could search for it on your Amazon. As far as blenders go it was priced pretty well. We paid $160 AUD. I can help...There is an ingredients list in the description box. Over a medium low heat melt the butter then cook the egg whites, flipping them over after 20 minutes. Once cooked let them cool. Blend with salt, sweetener and heavy cream. That's the basic recipe. Add extracts and flavors to your taste, mix then freeze.
