Carnivore Lunch Pork bites and fried eggs 

I’ve decided to start cataloguing some of the meals I make for myself. What we have here is 1 inch cubed pork loin and fried eggs.
Put the pork loin into a bowl
Pat dry with paper towels
Add adobo seasoning to taste
Pour melted (real) butter over it
Add parmesan cheese
Mix well and add to your Fuck is that thing called air fryer.
Cook 10 minutes at 400
Open and flip and cook and additional 2 to 3 minutes
Plate and sprinkle more parm to finish
Eggs are cooked in bacon grease over easy.
