Can’t help you there…they do say the size of them on their site and you can see the size next to me and I’m a big boy. Not sure.

@@KetoCarnivoreLife in all fairness, I think you get a fair amount of meat in them. The quality is definitely there, especially the ribeye and brisket…we’ve had one bag of strip that was a tad on the dry side but still tasty…finally tried the lamb and it was not good lol

@@RogueElement dude. Mine just arrived. Yried the Lamb Sliders. So fricken good. Bigger than I thought 5 oz. Good enough I just ordered 1 of each type.

Now go through the process of drying them out and getting them to this stage and find out how many of those steaks it takes. You should see how small a rack of ribeye becomes after a 90 day dry aging process let alone this. It’s not cheap to create.

@@RogueElement So what youre saying is your still getting close to the same quantity of steak as just eating a grilled ribeye? Does drying it out take away all the vitamins?

@@zaplamone no and not that I’m aware of. Pretty sure you still get all the nutrients but you’re basically making it portable and creating a healthy snack rather than a meal. To be honest, you’re asking the wrong people. You should contact @carnivoresnax

Haven’t experienced that yet. The ribeye is one of our favorites and ours have tasted just like a good steak. Have you reached out to them to see if you can get a different bag?

Update! I emailed them and they sent me another bag of the ribeye immediately. It arrived today and - WOW it's so good! Thanks for the recommendation!

I’ve heard they got that down to way faster. Growing companies like theirs are going to have some growing pains here and there until they get it dialed in.

Maybe a bad batch? We haven’t run into that yet. I think someone else in this section said they had a similar issue and they made it right.

We’ve been told early May. They’re having to deal with bureaucratic BS right now with their state.

@@RogueElement That is just another reason we know it's good for us. Anything that poisons us flies right thru gov unobstructed. Their fear porn propaganda machine and " anything good for us " firewall -The FDA , always tries to stop ANYONE threatening their gravy train. Another example - real raw milk dairy farmers. Best tasting and most nutrient rich milk I've ever had, and yet it's illegal in many commie states. Clown world.

That’s a pound of meat before it’s dried. There’s a lot in each bag…definitely not a ripoff for what you get and the quality of meat.
