This specific rehearsal run was filmed sometime during finals week (the name of the town we were in and the date is escaping me). The book was written by Jim Ancona, Andrew Monteiro, Thom Hannum, and me (I added some of my own flair in terms of fills/orchestration throughout the book). Hope y'all enjoy!
