I love you Caroline, this video just made me cry. It gives so much passion and love. You give hope for smart people to ditch their smartass school job and do what they love most. As long as you are flowing in whatever you do, 24/7 is still too short❤. This is what I am manifesting for myself to give up my office job and be in my cooking flow, 24/7🙌.
Brushing the pastry with an egg yolk and water is not only to get golden colour but also to seal the pastry so you avoid it to become soggy when you pour your quiche mix as your recipe is a sort of quiche so instead of only brushing the borders brush the whole pastry . NB : Put a pinch of nutmeg and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard in your mix and you will see the difference .
