I pity Caroline for this miracle pregnancy becoz as much as it brought her happiness in the end, she was stripped of her ability to create life as Rebekah would say at the age of 17 and all of a sudden she becomes a surrogate mother to Ric’s kids! It may have brought relief and all for everybody but she definitely must’ve felt panicked and scared with this sudden event 😅 I mean it’s kinda like how Klaus panicked thinking it wasn’t possible for him to have kids in first place!
At first she didn’t believe her but then few days later she took a pregnancy test it she was not pregnant and they went to the hospital and check and there were 2 babies in her stomach

The man (rick) his wife died and she was pregnant with twins. The twins were then put into the blonde girl. The spell was to see where the babies were or if they were still alive or something I think.
