Just getting back to playing about with my gear. Having some fun playing Carpenter-esque bass and some distortions. It was great to spend an hour or so just getting to know the equipment again - not had the time over the summer.
Here I'm recording straight into the mixer, so it's quite raw (sorry!!) Octatrack is controlling clock, the patterns on the Analog Four and playing some samples. Just one drum pattern on the Drumbrute Impact, with the variety added by the randomiser. I love the distortion on this machine, but I might have pushed it too far in places - the mix definitely gets a bit muddy - LOL
