Carpuride approched me to test and review their 603D Navigation system with front and rear cameras...This 603 D unit was supplied for free but my review is my own thoughts and experiences...In episode one I show and unbox the unit.....Episode two tomorrow......Finally Episode 3 the day after.....

Thx for this video demo. I like the idea of having the phone apps on the larger screen. However, I think I will wait for the technology to mature a bit more. Cheers.

Love all your vids, and welcome your reviews , but , I think if you want Apple car play etc its great, BUT it will NOT replace a designated Sat Nav, using your phone with it's data and signal is a bit of a negative!!

@barney3417 I took my sat nav off the bike 12 months ago....never looked back....its Google maps every time for me now...I've been using android auto over 2 years on my NT1100.......it's different class.....data costs pence these days.....thanks for watching

Morning lofty I’ve bought the 702 I think it is not got cameras but it’s not installed yet but jay in crazy legs has had some trouble with his I hope I don’t take care mate

hi lofty, ive watched all three of these vids now as im in the market for a system for my bike. can you say anything about the quality of the footage gained from the front and rear cameras?

@@andyhorsfall9394 yes the camera footage is good it's 1080p the same quality as RU-vid.......First impressions are it's a fantastic piece of kit....can't comment of longevity 😉 thanks for watching

What happens if you lose phone signal like you do in certain parts of the UK and world , does it stop working? How about data it uses abroad to generate the maps and routes?

I've been using Android Auto on my NT1100 for over 2 years, 24k miles....Although phone signal is not guarenteed, generally Google maps keeps working....I have had no problems with navigation in Spain during my last 3 trips...I usually buy an EE roaming pass for £25 for unlimited data....far better than a sat nav...this Carpuride system is exactly the same as rhe NT and I cannot see any problems....thanks for watching

Hi can you bolt to a sat nav mount without using the ram mount . In other words can you remove the ram mount from the back of unit ?

How do you remove the carpuride when you are parked?

its fixed, it is not a removable device...The ram mout has bolts and the cables are fitted directly to the unit....if someone tries to take they would have to cut the wires......thanks for watching
