Great review of the bike Mark! The screen, not so much. I’d say it’ll be best to connected direct to the battery with the inline fuse.

Great video, it's ashame but it looks like Lexmoto have already dropped 500X from the range after only 1 year. Any help in this would be great as it looks like a great bike , but no longer on their website?

Hi, yes they have. As Lexmoto partnered with Voge, the Voge DSX500 took over so the Pioneer was dropped in from the UK lineup.

Tell me if I'm wrong but the ball on the mounts look the same as a the genuie RAM balls

Mark, could you possibly do a full review of the Lexmoto 500 Pioneer? I've looked all over RU-vid for a test review, & can't find one. I'm guessing it's based on the Voge 500, but at 43.7 bhp, at a softer tune & lower technical spec. But at £5000, looks a great buy.

Hi, the Lexmoto is discontinued in the UK now, only a few left in showrooms; and yes because the Voge DSX500 took over..and now the 650

So if direct wired how does it turn off and I assume would be easy to steal when parked up

If you wire it through a switch live (something that turns on when you turn the ignition on, like the rear lights), then it will come on with the ignition. If you wire it direct to the battery positive and negative without that, it will stay on all the time.

You made me buy the carpruride for my daughters car after your last review of a carpruride product and she is made up with it it works seamlessly. This looks great but not sure about the bracket. Maybe if they supplied a optional solid one to mount to the handlebar stem bolts would be better.

It was solid on the first bike, I didn't tighten it on the second bike as only went round the block

Doesn't work seamlessly with Cardo Pack Talk and iPhone 1) Cardo paired to iPhone (No music but does read out messages through Cardo) 2) Cardo paired to Carpuride (Music but cannot control volume with Cardo. No easy value control on Carpuride)
