It's only been paved less than a yr & with a yellow line now, it was fully loaded with pot holes and no street lights. The 1st time down there I would've sworn I had bad directions, not a good area either.

Look up GENERIC GENERATORS, they are built for the home, a 6 KV should run almost the complete property, and run on LPG or natural gas with automatic switch over, much safer then a lot of systems that are out there. Be safe, T&P for you and yours.

Jesse and Driver and Nana are at a auction somewhere in New Mexico. And Jesse found a car he has been trying to find for so many year's. He has found car's what he wants but there in bad shape. And this one is in excellent shape no rust or damage a little hail just small dents. Both window's work excellent door open and shut's excellent. And the stereo is excellent. It's a 1972 Chevy El Camino with a 454 BBC with Cow Hood. It's really nice he loves the stereo stem. U can put big speakers behind the seat due to the storage area is behind the seat. It has bucket seat's in it and it has the factory bench seat with it. Best part NO RESERVE!!! that mean's if nobody is bidding Jesse can holler 5 grand. A dealership went out of business and the bank is lipuiding everything. They let Jesse drive it and it run's excellent. He is happy it has a factory center console. And lucky they are hauling the car hauler. There is only one Suburban that is goin going to a customer in Oklahoma. They will be back late sunday night maybe depends on if they have anymore loads to pick up. And the driver that is with Jesse and Nana we hired him he is a very good driver and worker. Jesse told him that if Nana has to use the bathroom to wake me up and i will go with her. instead the driver said if u want me to go with u i will. And she said ok. They got back and Jesse was calling driver. And they started getting in on the passenger side. And Jesse was standing changing clothes. And Nana was like u don't chew him out he said he would be happy to go with me to the truck stop so i can go to the bathroom. And Jesse was like i heard u guy's talking about that when i was waking up. And driver was like PHEW. Jackie Jesse''s godmother and (Co-owner) was here and is happy he found the car and driver is doing good. Jackie appears on the video call and told him he's hired and will be paid and he was happy. We do have test trial's. And u won't be paid on that depends on the job. Everything like meal's and shower's and laundry u will have to have money for that. HELL YEAH we got it we got it ha ha for $5,000.00 that's 5 thousand dollar's. Nana just called and said we won th7e bidding. I was like what's next on the auction. And she said the other vehicles are hardly worth to buy. And they are heading out when documents are signed and the title is switched over to Jesse. Nathan was like what's with dad cause Jesse just called me going WOOHOO (In Homer Voice) and people will be like looking around like crazy thinking is the actor that door's Homer Simpson inside this building or restaurant. The E Camino Nearly matches Jesse's 72 Chevelle even the cow hood matches. Only thing Jesse hates on the El Camino is it has a small chain steering wheel. But it also has the factory steering wheel. And Jesse had the driver go grab the small tool box when we was on the phone. Guess he's going to put the steering wheel on. The bench seat is in the back of the suburban that is on the car hauler.

Go about a 1/4 mile and get off on 331,loop over I-75 and pick up Produce at the Atlanta State Farmer's Market. About once a week, usually on Thursday. I would be there at 4AM and headed North by 10AM.

You have Propane Generators, that hook up and turn on automatically when the power goes out.... You just have to have it hooked up to a large propane tank. Or you could get a portable Generator that runs all of the appliances in the House.

I don't know if it's good or bad but with CHR, you pretty much have to take what it's listed for. They have these web-only loads that even my contact at CHR can't do anything with. I have been able to bid just high enough to cover my factoring fee but nothing more than that, they'll reject it. But, I have to say that I have been happy with the CHR loads in my area and my contact there is an awesome dude.

We hate it when they do that. The dealership in Cali tried to get the shipment fee cheaper than what he wanted to pay. Jesse told him that he's not going to accept that. That was fuel getting there. Dealership's response was like not good. He was like ok fine I will pay u. Jesse had him pay cash and we have devices that can scan money to make sure it's real. The money was real. There in Arizona again. Due to California having no smog (No Diesel Smoke) they took one of the companies standard semi's. Jesse's sleeping top bunk Nana's on the bottom bunk sleeping driver's driving until like a few hours then Jesse's driving. Took a semi so more room. And the bottom bunk turns into a table.

I had a driver in Atlanta today Friday March 1st, so many loads available and not enough trucks to cover them all. Atlanta is technically a hot market, but a lot of these drivers/dispatchers don't seem to know that; the brokers have all the tools unfortunatley. I ended up booking a load that was originally posted for $2700 for $3900. The broker was trying to pocket about half the rate, can you guess which broker I booked with?
