2 large eggs
200 gr. brown sugar or white sugar
100 gr. sunflower oil, odorless
175 gr. grated carrot
165 gr. wheat flour, b / C
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
Cream:
100 gr. butter 82%, warm
350 gr. cream cheese (type Philadelphia)
50 gr. powdered sugar
+ 60 gr. walnuts, or other
Bake the cake at 356 F - 20...25 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
