@@bibishabouayad9284 Hey thanks and I am just buying bulk carrots and juicing then at home. It's more beneficial and I don't like the taste of store bough juiced carrots. They seem to no be as as good almost less sweet and more watery with less flavor. I actually never liked carrot juice until fresh juiced carrots, I couldn't belive the taste difference!

Breville juicer inserts recommend keeping the juice no longer than 24 hours. I've never kept it in the fridge, but it will start to oxidize immediately, and it will continue to oxidize as it sits in the fridge. I read the best option is to freeze it in a bag, then thaw it in the fridge to drink right away after it thaws

I juice two days worth in glass jars with lids, I add a lemon to preserve it

@@Leah Example: this morning Using my Kuvings centrifugal juicer, I juiced exactly 3 pounds of washed organic carrots weighed after lightly trimming the ends off each carrot as usual. I got 20.62 ounces of carrot juice. I then easily ran the carrot pulp thru the Omega NC800 horizontal slow juicer and got an additional 10.65 ounces of carrot juice just from the pulp. This is a 51 percent additional yield of carrot juice from the fine pulp produced in my centrifugal juicer. So total yield from three pounds of trimmed organic Bolthouse carrots from Sam's club using both juicers in sequence = 31.27 ounces of carrot juice or 10.42 ounces of carrot juice from one pound of trimmed carrots. Results are also after I strained the juice thru a fine sieve to remove any pulp, which is optional. I don't always strain my juice, but when I do, I then press the residual pulp left in the sieve, with a spoon, to extract all the remaining drops of juice I can from the pulp itself. Note: Using a slow juicer for the initial juicing of carrots produces a very poor yield of carrot juice, and the carrot pulp it produces in not fine enough to get any significant juice out of that coarse pulp. Only using a centrifugal juicer like your Breville will produce the finely ground carrot pulp that easily can be then juiced in the Omega NC800 horizontal slow juicer as explained above. The Pure juicer is crazy expensive and very difficult to use from what I have seen on youtube demonstrations. Plus I believe that by juicing the fine pulp as explained above, we are then getting just as much nutrition and enzymes as you would get from the Pure juicer. with almost the exact same overall yield of carrot juice. Have fun researching the two juicer process for carrot juicing, and Omega offers occasional discounts on their juicers, so watch for those deals that happen every so often,

I have added celery and cucumber, and it tastes great. Currently, I have been juicing just carrot with apple. I also recommend a little ginger- that also tastes great with the carrot!

Hi! I haven't noticed a sugar spike, but often I eat some nuts with the juice, and that may contribute to less of a spike (if there is one).

One guy who beat stage 4 (I think, if I remember correctly) said at least 5 pounds, per day, for just himself. Another guy beat stage 4 and completed in the show ninja warrior (you could probably look him up) drank a small cup every hour for all waking hours (I'm not sure how many pounds that would be- maybe 6 or 7
