I just made one of these for my wife’s birthday in September. I am making it again for thanks giving and adding a jar of baby food carrots for a little more flavor.

WOW!!!! Simply, WOW 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳. Carrot cake with pineapple, walnuts and raisins is my favorite. Adding cream cheese frosting is all me. In a pound cake form, will take me to the moon. This looks absolutely amazing 😊😁

I am making this cake tonight. Wish me luck. I’ve done about 6-7 cakes so far. That triple chocolate has been a hit. Made it twice so far. Cream cheese cake, lemon pound, basic pound and pineapple. Omg my family love them and they are requesting more flavors. Not sure what’s next. But there are a lot to choose from. Been stacking up on ingredients and ordered the crème bouquet. Yay. Thanks Minor family.

Good Lord, this is practically the same recipe my mom used. Came from a home economics teacher from the 50's. I love what you say about clean hands. I started working at an Air Force Officers Club as a kitchen helper after school. We had to stand for inspection and have our hands inspected for cleanliness. Almost 50 years later, I'm still big on a spotless kitchen and hands that are cleaned. Wonderful video and thank you.
