Rhank you for sharing. All too often we fall into the trap of believing we are all the same. Honey, those of us from Australia know it takes 8-10 hours just to leave the country. Then there's ocean time. So, our average 1st flight is 14-16 hours. I feel that makes us masters of the long haul. Personally, I take layered clothing, passport, charged phone, wallet with ID, toothbrush and BO spray. Simple.
Great packing tips! Did you vlog your trip? Scotland is so beautiful! I really wish I could be one of those people who can travel with just a carry on piece of luggage. We just got back from Mexico and I saw so many people get off the plane and jump into their transportation and on the way to their resort in no time We were stuck at baggage claim forever waiting for our bags. Next time we do a cruise or a tropical vaca I swear I am going to cut my clothing in half and just wear things twice. We'll see if it really happens.😂
Crystal what great tips! I’m the lightest sleeper I know, I have bought different eye mask but they give me a headache. It has to be very dark in my room and zero sound. I tried ear plugs, the orange kind and they didn’t help! I should try your suggestions, I have major insomnia and it’s taking a role on me!
The first time I went to Scotland, my checked bag got miserably lost and I spent the entire two weeks there without it. Big challenge but I loved Scotland anyway.
