Another video for the Petrolheads. In this video we check out The Crown Pub in Humshaugh, Northumberland for one of their car meets. On this occasion it was the Micro Car Meet attended by classic cars, bikes, mopeds, trikes and vintage and modern morgans to name but a few.

Seeing that Reliant Robin took me back to my teens - a good friend and designated driver used to ferry us about in one and we regularly had five or six of us inside !! Those were the days 🤣

Oh I can see you and Jill having one of those each. The guy who owned it came from just north of Newcastle in it. Whilst it wasn't as far as we travelled to the location it would probably have seemed longer 😅.

Cool meet up. Some old blokes reminiscing sat in some of the old motors. These were all classic old cars and bikes. I know nothing about bikes or cars for that matter. Super look around 👍

Some really cool Micro Cars, Bikes and Trikes, Andy. Some too that I wouldn't be caught in though, even if I fit! 🤣🤣Last time I saw the "Marlboro Cowboy" still rode a horse. We don't have many of these cars here in the US and they were interesting to see. Thanks for the tour.

Thanks for watching Dave and Kathy. It was certainly a different kind of car show. The Marlboro liveried trike is a Grinnal Scorpion. It will do 0-60 mph in 6 seconds and 125 mph top speed, I suspect bugs really hurt at those speeds.

Never heard of it before to be honest but some great examples on display. A real eclectic mix of both cars, bikes and trikes and quite a turn out as well. Unsure who had the idea of starting this but seems a dam fine idea to me, cheers Alan

The owner of The Crown is a big petrol head, there are meets throughout the year for all sorts of vehicles including supercars. They even put a bbq on and the Sunday Lunches in the pub looked impressive too but they were fully booked. Thanks for watching Alan.

The lotus was looking pretty sleek. Sp many of these cars and bikes are a labor of love, a lot of work goes into keeping them running let along looking so good. 🤦‍♂I'd have to do a lot more marathon running to fit into some of these LoL

I've often thought about getting a trike...but with one of those micro cars, I think I may be able to get down and get in, but may need a crowbar or a winch to get me back out!! Some pretty cool looking rigs there!! Awesome!!
