In the premiere episode of "Cars of Skateboarding", legend Steve Caballero takes host Alec Beck on a tour of his classic cars (possibly damaging one…) while learning more about his lifelong love for all things auto, and how skateboarding ties into that world.

Cab is such a great skater and person. I had the honor of skating with him on our halfpipe when the Faction played in Downers Grove IL back in 1985.

Cool concept, definitely down with this idea. I've actually noticed a fairly decent cross-section between skaters and gear heads. Skating and automotives are my two biggest hobbies by far haha. Great to start the series with Caballero too!

Instead of going to the obvious ones (Nyjah), you guys should cover people with their 2001 Honda Civics with old Taco Bell wrappers, water bottles everywhere, roaches in the ashtrays. Those cars will have much better tales of debauchery. This episode was cool, I just hope it don't lead to where I think it's going. I wanna see episodes with like Andy Roy, Baker team, etc. thanks 🤘🏼

Thats gold righ there, theres ton of material out there, lots of skaters with nice cars. Alec Beck, I say this in a positive way, you gotta learn more about cars brother so you can ask the owner the right questions. Do some study one each model beforehand, it will make the show interesting for the skateboarder and for the car enthusiast that comes in to check. Great job Ride, keep em coming !

We enjoy researching them already, and in the future my hope is to get more auto specific content in the final edit than this particular episode allowed. Awesome buddy, keep up the good work, I understand its the first episode and theres probably tons of things you`d like to include, I`m just giving my 2 cents as a skateboarder and car enthusiast. As for specifics, asking about engine modifications, wheel specs, interior work done, every car owner loves to talk about their cars. As for Guests, Kalis would be an obvious choice, Danny Way and Rune are into motor racing, Appleyard has tons of Bimmers, PRod, Nyjah, Sheckler are always cruising in cool cars....anyway, it`s great to see you are down to get involved and get more auto content in there, I`ll stay tuned for more of these episodes. The 32 Ford was the first Ford with a V-8. I'm not sure why they said the 35 Ford was the car that brought the V-8 to the masses because the 32, 33 and 34 all had V-8s but you could opt to get a 4 banger if you wanted.
