CART ERROR SOLVED!!!: CHECK THIS ON THE RASTER STRIP 

In this video. I took a new spin at CART ERROR power down problems in chinese Large format machine. while this error isusually caused by multiple reason, i narrowed down on the aspect of the problem that elates to the raster or encoder strip.
