I loved seeing Cartman as the Hall Monitor in this episode. Not only was he really good at his job, but he actively helped Kyle track down Mrs. Stevenson (whether he did it out of kindness, common goals, or whatever is up to interpretation) so that he could get Ike back. Honestly wish there was more scenes of the boys (Cartman in particular of course) being badass like this and helping each other out.

It's easy to forget just how big of a pop culture phenomenon Dog the Bounty Hunter was for a brief period in the 2000s. He's kind of like if the Character of "Hulk Hogan" came to life and took himself even further too seriously. "Now say your prayers, take your vitamins and for Gods sake, try and stay out of jail, Brother!"

I like how he craps on being hall monitor, saying it means you have no friends and should end yourself, but then immediately celebrates when he becomes hall montor right afterwards, lol. Also, I remember meeting Dog the Bounty Hunter in an airport one time in Hawaii. He was on the same flight as us. His wife was there too. They were nice people in real life, and let my sister take a picture with them for free. I remember they had the very first seat in first class, while the other members of their crew were all stuck back in the cheap seats in coach, lol.
