Well, honestly, I'm not sure how much of it is genetics and how much of it is health issues. For example, I have sleep apnea and I'm not sure if this is what is keeping me from losing weight but I'm hoping that ENT surgeon will treat my sleep apnea and I'll be able to have enough energy to go deeper with my weight loss.
