Honestly even after the truth comes out, this scene is still too disturbing for me on her behalf. No matter what we know, all I can see is a young girl being tortured by abusive parents and it's too much. I still feel satisfied seeing her rescued here.

so i watched the movie, and i wish that it would have ended with them like extracting the demon from lily. i feel like lily really was a sweet little girl, but the demon inside her took over, and she couldn’t do anything about it. like in one scene of the movie, when asked what she was afraid of, she said, “me...I have bad thoughts.” and i think that was her being afraid of the demon controlling her. she wasn’t the demon, she was the host. and she suffered for that.

She wasn't a host, she was a demon, she was born like that. She was manipulative, so I wouldn't believe everything she said. I read some comment saying a that she was born with a demon inside her instead of a soul, don't know if it's true, but if it is then there's no way the demon could be extracted, it's like her "soul".

Its about a little girl who is being abused by her parents and they try to kill her by cooking her in the oven, the man and woman are social workers saving the girl, but the girl is actually a demon who makes people see things driving them crazy resulting in them killing themselves. Really creepy movie, the girl seems really sweet and innocent at first but becomes more sinster as the movie progresses and her true form is revealed. If u got spare time I reccomend watching it.

I remember that I watched this film, few years ago, While I watching in the beginning of the film, at first, I thought that the little girl was adopted and saved from the abusive parents with no such an explain reasons. But in the end, I didn't realized that the little girl was a demon?! Like wtf? How she was a demon? And where did she from?! Well right now, is that the theory is that the little girl is the daughter of the devil (similar to the film, The Omen) and was adopted by the step parents. After the adoption, the little girl decided to Manipulate The step parents by playing tricks in their minds and causing them to go crazy, which is why they're attempting to kill the little girl and they're not abusive because the girl was the daughter of the devil. (Which I would call, "demon spawn", because like the movie, The Omen, the demon will spawn on planet earth and attempt to destroy humanity) Now this is my theory In my opinion, this film was one of the movies thay had (serious) horror twists because I would think that it'll confuse the audience and make them realised in the end of the plot. (Note: don't ever judge my theory because there's some conspiracies in the film)

this is very good horror movie much better than conjuring and other. the situation in which the nain characters are is so frightening. one of the best evil entities in horror films.

they cut off the clip just before the best part! That look on the wife's face when she takes a good look at her husband after he fell. then it shows the husband lol

No she wasn't. That film was shot in 2006. It came out much later.
