Clinical Features:
20 years old married female patient came with the history of:
Subfertility
Irregular scanty menstruation
Obesity
Hirsutism
Ultrasound Findings:
Bilateral enlarged ovaries
Multiple tiny cystic follicles at peripheral parts of both ovaries forming 'Pearl-String appearance'
