I attended Yoga class only for a month and got pregnant, this was my second pregnancy, I had to go through lot of treatment for my first one. But I strongly decided to conceive naturally for my second one, so I have changed my food habits little bit and attended the Yoga class for a month and it really worked 😊 thank you so much Lakshmi and Pavai Mam!!

@@soumyat7433 I dint follow any diet.I was eating normal food only.i just did yoga fr an hour daily.I dint loose my weight also but got conceived naturally after dng yoga.So my suggestion would be do yoga and believe ur body.Miracle wil happen soon😊

I am following your channel for Yoga and diet for a while along with the medication. Now the polycysts have disappeared in my recent Ovarian Ultrasound. Madam nan inda yoga la try panren along with beginner yoga..but enakku neck short mam...so I feel strains near neck while doing all yoga...inda neck and shoulder muscle mass reducing and making it look neat ku yoga ila any routine irukka mam...means back posture yoga series podunga mam....and thank you for all your posts...they are very helpful 🙂

Hello mam, I'm very Happy to know that these exercises help in strengthening the uterus and eliminate pcod issues. Im suffering from fybroid which is around 6cms along with other minor cysts.
