Great work, Chris so much value in this video once again and I really like that you are focussing on multiple touch points in the customer experience. This is what really creates a "brand". I'm not doing personalised products at this point, just standard ecom with inventory etc but I find your content immensely interesting and useful.

Priority shipping (1-3 day) is often the cheapest for most products. It provides $100 insurance for free and is only $0.10 more than Parcel Select (2-9 day). First Class package (2-3 day) is similar in speed and is cheapest for packages less than a pound. Parcel Select can be better for larger packages, but at that point you might want to investigate FedEx/ups.

Its really a geat niche you speak about, especially the star map product convinced me. I decided to start a business with star maps and it worked out very well. I used for the Editor the shopify app "Star Map Editor". For everyone who wants to try this business, thats the perfect editor.

Chris, big fan of your videos! I have had some success selling personalized goods on Etsy, but need to create a Shopify store and then scale. One challenge I know I'll need to deal with is hiring low-cost photoshop types and others to handle the orders. I'm wondering if you have a video on how to build scale into a business, ideally covering hiring approaches and tips (for example, do you pay your workers per unit or per hour, where do you source folks, etc). thanks!

Good question, haven't been able to figure it out! I think it's just a private manufacturer. You can find these kinds of private manufacturers on Etsy, and partner up with them
