I’m so happy you came up in my feed a while ago. Recently lost my husband of 40 years and he has had a feeding tube the last three years so I really didn’t cook anymore because it was just me. But you have given me back my inspiration to cook again and I’m learning all kinds new handy tricks in my kitchen . I can tell your mom was very kind by your demeanor. You make me laugh and smile everyone of your videos. I look forward to each and everyone. Thank You Chef for being you and given this gal joy in the kitchen once again. And my cooking (thanks to you ) is even better than ever. Especially the emotional butter 😂🥰❤️

Again I cannot do anything original comment so gotta do it here. When nuts and making love are both mentioned in a Chef video I know it's gonna be hilarious! And you didn't disappoint, Chef! Jack is so good at his job I hope he gets plenty to eat... thanks Jack, for requesting this recipe. And Chef...you could sing in the shower and we'd still follow you! 😁❤

Great recipe Chef JP! My version had chicken thighs, broccoli, yellow pepper, and carrots. I substituted hoisin sauce (oyster sauce), sake wine (mirin) and tapioca starch (slurry). Mise en place is essential for this wonderful recipe. Tasted delicious. Next time, I won't skimp on sauce. You are correct it's a flavour builder. I finished dish ~ sesame oil. You're a JOY to watch. Thank you!!

Nice interpretation of one of my favorite Thai dishes. Such a coincidence that I was making this today for dinner. I am the absolute master of this dish :) I make it slightly differently. The biggest difference is the sauce. I make it using 1teaspoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce (very important) 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons chicken stock.

I make a recipe almost exactly like this , but was trying to dupe my fave meal from our local Thai place, so I add water chestnuts (my favourite) and instead of oyster sauce w the soya I use honey. I think next time I will use half honey half oyster to the soy and see how it tastes. ❤ This recipe tastes bomb and even children love it. The cashews are important.
