What if you have two printers set up to CashFootprint, a thermal receipt printer and a full-page printer for reports? Is there a way to set it up for the thermal printer to be the default without it asking which printer every time you do a transaction?
Thanks for that question. Yes, setup the receipt printer under Tools menu > Options > Receipt/Hardware tab > Receipt Printer tab and set the default printer for reports on the Tools menu > Options > Reporting tab. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
