Casio CDP-S350 Digital Piano Demonstration 

just ordered this piano after eight years of using a digital keyboard, so im watching these just to get even more hyped. can't wait!!!

As a returning pianist (after years of not playing) and doing extensive research I decided to pull the trigger on the S350. It arrived there days ago, I'm loving it!!! Great value as expected from CASIO

I recently bought the CDP s360 a couple weeks ago and love it!! I'm a newbie to playing the piano. I'm sure this beautiful piano gonna be even more incredible once I actually learn to play it lol!

The drum sounds are very realistic! The price is unbelievably reasonable. I tried the CDP 150, and I really like the feel.

The grand piano on my Yamaha MX 61 is the best but now I'm looking for a great semi weighted 88 keyboard to take out the house way under $1,000. I touched this Casio in the music store and instantly fell in love with it. So far this is the one!

Casio should make a 73-note version of this CD-S350 or of the PX-S1100, or even the CDP-S110. A lot of us pianists need a backup piano which is shorter and a bit lighter, so more portable, but with an acceptable piano action and some decent sounds onboard. We could take it on vacations and to rehearsals too! I can think of two stage pianos with 73 fully-weighted keys but they both cost over US $1200. Oh and there's the Yamaha P-121, which shouldn't be hard to beat on price and features. So, come on Casio, lead the way! Update: OK, so I went on vacation in a motorhome with a 73-note semi weighted "piano". Had no choice, but would have much preferred a weighted action. I didn't fancy the Yamaha P-121 because it is betwixt and between (for me) neither cheap nor quick enough. That GHS action lags behind if you play too quickly. Instead, I bought something so cheap that I can virtually throw it away. I might buy the Studiologic Numa X 73 stage piano quite soon, but they were out of stock when I went on vacation. PS my European supplier is not currently stocking the CDP-S350 or its successor, the CDP-S360, but it does stock the CDP-S110 and the main PX models.

Somebody please help me, I bought this keyboard, and I want to turn off the vibrato on the Organ setting s . That way I can use a Leslie pedal .. unless it can b done with the keyboard

I think the old Casio piano sounded better. The current Casio piano sound is not quite full, as if the piano was recorded from the far angle of the microphone. Example for Old Casio: CDP-230 I think, CDP-230’s piano sound is better than CDP-S350’s piano sound.

I want to know if there is an effects machine available that will produce the "octave layer" effect on the CDP S350? It looks like this effect button only works when the keyboard is in the "piano" setting. I would like to have that same effect available to use on all the other presets, like organ, electric piano, whatever on other Casio keyboards, like the CTK 500 and the CTS1. I've looked at some guitar effect pedals, but don't see any that have octave layering. Anyone know of any effect devices that will produce octave layering?

Can the cdp sample sounds? And if not, is it possible to connect it to garageband using usb to play my samples there?

Can you adjust the volume when you add a layer effect, in other words can you adjust the volume on the layer

I recently purchased this but find using very difficult to figure out. This demo does not help with how to set up even a simple backing track. IE which. Unfortunately not helpful at all.

I have a Casio CDP-100 and there’s a flaw in my item. When I lift my finger off of a key I’m pressing, it thuds and bounces back up. It’s very distracting from the music I’m playing and makes recording difficult. How can I fix this thudding issue? Should I send a more informative video on this issue?

Also to be honest with you only a few of the organ sounds are usable to me, Yamaha does the same thing, it has way too many sounds that are not even usable, I would stop doing that, I'm sorry I have to be honest, to help you, I am a seasoned Los Angeles professional

Can someone answer this question I was wanting to know if the CDP S350 can record to a USB drive? It has a USB port and the ability to do recording yet one review I watch comparing the CDP-S350 and the px s3000 and they said only the px s3000 can record to a usb drive. I'm just a little confused because I download the manual for the CDP-S350 and it made it sound like you can record to a usb stick.
