Casio GMW-B5000 strap adapters installation 

Superb instructional video! No talking, no music, Just a single take that perfectly illustrates how it's done. As it happens, I just bought the GMW-B5000G-1ER yesterday, and this video comes at the best possible moment.

I would say that the masking tape is very necessary to avoid scratching the watch as the screws are very small and slippery.
