His friend has been thru a lot in his life. First did his father died, then was his big brother murdered in Stockholm, and after that did his mother died in cancer. His friend has always loved when Caspar sings this song, from the very first time when Caspar learned to sing. That's why Caspar was so emotional. ❤️

Yes he said before singing that he decicated it to his friend going through a tough time! And after, the host interrupts the jury to ask ”but are you okay caspar? how are you?” and caspar says ”i’m good”. Then the host asks ”what’s going on?” and caspar pats his heart and can’t really reply and the hosts says ”a lot coming out now?” and caspar says ”it’s empathy. and love” 🥺 and basically the jury is saying that we were taken on a journey with him and got to feel his feelings and stuff, they’re praising him A LOT haha

I reckon that you wantet to know some background story of the swedish judges so here It goes. First of some Idol jury history: Anders Bagge first started in 2008 and his fellow jury members was his ex-wife and Andreas Carlsson. Laila, his ex-wife is a songwriter, singer manager and a radio profile. Later on Alexander Bard joined and Andreas left. Laila Bagge left in 2015 because she wasn't treated as well as her male colleagues. The jury was completly replaced in 2016 with Fredrik Kempe, songwriter mainly in Melodifestivalen AKA eurovision song contest. Nikki Amini, formerly a marketer at Universal Music Group's headquarters in London. And Quincy Jones III is the son of the american music, TV- and film producer Quincy Jones Jr. Quincy Jones III is a swedish-american musician, music producer and actor. The current jury consists of Kishti Tomita, Alexander Kronlund who both joined/rejoined in 2017, Anders Bagge is back again and Nikki Amini. (We had a jury back when it all started with Kishi and three other fellas.) Anders Bagge: Composer, songwriter, musician and music producer. In 1997, he started Murlyn Music, a production company that enjoyed great success internationally after the breakthrough with the American boy band 98 Degrees, for which Anders wrote songs and produced. He has also written and produced songs for Madonna, Janet Jackson, Santana, J.Lo, Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson, Céline Dion and Enrique Iglesias. Alexander Kronlund: Producer and songwriter. He was a part of the Cheiron studio which achieved great international success with artists such as NSYNC and Britney Spears. In collabs with other songwriters Alexander has written songs for Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony and Ariana Grande. In 2016 he had five top 10 songs in the United States. Kronlund also wrote Ariana Grande's hit song "Side to Side" 2016, together with Grande, Nicki Minaj (who was in the song) and two other songwriters. Nikki Amini: Former employee at Universal Music Group's headquarters in London, she has worked with artists such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Avicii and Justin Bieber. She began her career at the record label Warner Music, where she worked with marketing and PR Kishti Tomita: She's a voice coach and artist. She began her career in 1994 after graduating from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, USA. She has worked with pop artists such as Robyn, Petter, Loreen Talhaoui (eurovision winner), Måns Zelmerlöw (eurovision winner), Alex Sparrow, Lisa Miskovsky, Eye N 'I, Jennifer Brown, Afro- Dite and the American singer Paula Abdul. Most of which are swedish.

I think you should react to these performances from today: Nova Luther - Runnin' Simon Karlsson - Crossing the Waters Herman Silow - Older Both Herman's and Simon's songs are their own original songs. There are of course a lot other performances you could watch, they are all so talented this year! But these are some of my favorites. Caspar is very talented, of course, but I think many of the others are a lot more interesting to follow. I don't know if you will agree, but you should definitely give them a chance. :)

It was well singd, good second place , There is only one person, who had sing Hadelujah in Sweden Idols history- Amanda Jensen... Her deep voice is pefect for that song. Check that! Hi Lulu and John, I'm a new subscriber and I'm loving that you're loving our Idols and other artists. Also loving that you're so interested in Sweden and our customs. I hear you when you say that you do not only want to do reaction videos of Idol and other contests BUT you should really listen to My favorite contestant Nadja Holm when she sings "Listen" by Beyonce. It's amazing, no words, breath taking. That she's very Beyonce and that she's on a victory train. The host says: So you mean It's good? with sarcasm So the judge scream: Wooah Nadja, that's so good. The second judge says that the perfromace has a wow-factor which she never experienced in Idol befofe. I'm so grateful to be able to sit front row in this victorious performance. This is next level. I have no complains. Anders Bagge, the third judge says that the only thing he's complaining about is him self for not giving her good respons last week when she took on Thunderstruck by AC/DC. He didn't understand the whole rock-thing with her but then he listen to the rerun in the dressing room and thought "How could I ever think that". He thinks that with her singing this song reminds him of the movie Bodygurad when It first came because he thinks she interpreted It more in a Whitney kind of way than Beyonce. The last judge says "Anders, since you just pouring big names all over this girl, there's a Christina Augilera sound in you as well. You've got the edginess she has, that's amazing. Good, really good.
