Glad you guys are back! Big inspirations! Fitness tips: it's a good start that you like healthy food. Meal prep definitely - Try 6 very small meals a day (snack size), most will be different kinds of veg/fruit. Balance carbs (eg granola with berries), proteins (peanuts, almonds etc.), Google macronutrients & try to put a nutrient in each meal. But also, you don't need to eat as much fruits as you might think...because of the sugars. Cut sugars (snickers lol), drink water. Weekends try only butcher/fresh meat, salmon/cod, prawns, free range eggs. Grill, boil & Oven bake! Secret weapon is Caribbean/African crops - plantain, yam, sweet potato, brown rice, black eyed beans etc. Food is 70% fitness, excercise is only 30%. And don't forget to breathe lool, All the best!

Hey Karl, I'm so proud of you and yeah do your thing! Don't be discouraged! I have a question though, watching all the videos, and how back in the days you was a cleaner and still had the dream. I need help, as an 18 year old in university, have a two jobs one is a cleaning job, but I do I stay motivated to continue. For my first day was Monday 8 hours, since then my back is still hurting me. I just want to know how did you not quit and how did you balance with other things you was working on? I love this sooooo much!!!! And Cassie you can do the vegan lifestyle! I've become vegan and it's going amazing! I write down all the different types of food I need in a day (e.g- veggies,fruits,nuts/seeds, seaweed, milks -soya, almond, whole grains, beans) and then i break it down and make bulks of food! So then I don't get tempted with all the other junk because I've made bulks etc etc!! Love you guys ❤❤❤
