This dish is loaded with flavours- the tamarind, hot sauce, cassava, chicken -2 kinds, stock plus coconut & spices!!! I can imagine the intensity of flavours all the above bring! Loved everything about the flavours in there!! And the way chef pops organises his videos - he showed us the tamarind paste, the hot sauce & later uses it in his dishes is amazing technique!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️🤗🤗
Thanks for the in depth comment going into the details of the dish! There was so many layers to this dish and it tasted amazing! It had a distinct taste for sure, strong yet not overpowering either. Yes we have been organizing the videos to compliment one another and as much as possible keep key spices and ingredients home made so you can really know what's going into your food as well as control the taste. This is super delicious you are correct! It all comes together and like you mentioned, because we have many homemade ingredients included in this recipe it makes it taste even better! That green hot sauce gives a nice kick to this dish and since we made it ourselves we know exactly what went into that hot sauce! Much Love brother!

When you finally come visit Toronto all this delicious food will be here waiting for both of you so you can try whatever dish you desire! This one for me was a dish I ate 2 days in a row and finished it off! Was really satisfying! You're right that garnishing gave the dish a nice finished look and some colours! We are doing pretty good thanks. Summer is in full swing and we are going for walks and slowly we have started to make recipes again as you can see!
