As much as I have made videos in the past to give the pros and cons of various products I have been studying more about marketing and advertising so that I am better able to deliver the actual value a product gives so in this video I spent some time really thinking about the value it has added to my life and make sure I convey all that information in the review as well. Glad to see a comment like this letting me know you can see the value in the rumble roller as a product! If you can handle deep tissue massage this is a perfect product to have in your home as it will keep your body in excellent condition! And also did the demo to give an idea of how it can be used. There are many more parts of the body you can roll out but focused on a few of my tight spots as an example! You always have the most in depth comments and I love it all! Cheers! :)

@@aidanmcgrath911 Happy to have you onboard as a subscriber, welcome! :) I personally don't own the 22" one but if you've got the space the 31" one is what I would suggest and if it is for home use only. For travel I would suggest the smallest one so you can take it in your bag etc. In your home, having the 31" gives you more surface area to roll out and you can't go wrong with that! :)
Yes this one is much more effective then a basic foam roller. It is a must have upgrade especially if you want to get in deep into your tissues and relieve built up stress and tense muscles. I would for sure say this is a must have in your home! :)
Thanks for sharing this with us. It sounds like a perfect product to do exercise at home. Especially in winter when we more do things at home rather that outdoor activities. Much better that the rollers without bumps. I think after doing workout with this roller we’ll have the same feeling after getting massage in an spa. Nice review. I feel like I need to purchase one.
Farzad, you are right. This is a perfect product to have at home. If you can't get to the gym you can still roll out on this and get relief from tight muscles and give great blood flow throughout your body. This of course will help you to remain healthier and keep your muscle tissues healthy as well. The bumps really get in deep to remove knots etc which a regular foam roller won't be able to do. Lol, I guess I did a good job selling the product if you feel the need to purchase one. Truthfully it really is a valuable product and worth purchasing in my opinion! It will improve your life!
Mark, I'm surprised you don't roll more! I guess you might use that massage gun thing which I have not tried yet. Not sure if it does a similar job or what, but I've been doing foam rolling for years and it works wonders as I am sure you already know. With the type of training you do maybe you'd be one of those people who can use the black one! I find the blue one is plenty tough for me though! Since I am not as active as I'd like to be lately this roller keeps my body in great condition and prevents injury. Glad you're enjoying my fitness product reviews brother! :)
Bro, I highly recommend this foam roller, it does wonders! And as we get older our body sometimes gets stiffer as well. This will prevent that or even eliminate that so you end up moving and feeling how you did when you were younger. This roller has fixed a lot of my nagging body aches and pains and a lot of times before I play sports I roll on it as a warm up. It's a no brainer to get one! :)
LOL! Rumble Roller acrobatics at play! I would say the rumble roller does take some getting used to and is meant to give some discomfort especially when releasing the tight muscles. Just like a deep tissue massage when they have to get in deep to loosen up the muscles. I think if you did have something like a knot or a really stiff area and once you worked it out on this roller, you might change your mind on its usefulness. Or if it is still difficult to try and build up on a basic foam roller first until you're comfortable to move up to this one. Just my thoughts! Thanks brother! Me looking planked? Lol, other than push ups and pull ups here and there, the only other control is not over eating so my body stays fairly lean! Thanks though! And injury free with the help of the rumble roller! :)
Once you do use it and get used to it, I am sure you'll want to use it all the time. It is great for getting rid of all the tight muscles and keeping your body injury free! Is yours an actual rumble roller or just a regular foam roller?
