For medium-high what temperature would you say that pan was at? I’m scared I’ll burn the crap out of my chicken if I leave it like you said for 15 minutes
It's 90° outside. Found your recipe and cooked my chicken. You were clear and to the point. Thanks!! You were a lifesaver!! I had a nice chicken dinner with rice and a salad without adding heat to my apartment. I subbed!!⚘
I looked at three other recipes first. Your' one was SO much easier. I did not want to have to light the oven and am really pleased how these thighs turned out. Thank you very much.
That looks amazing! I will be making this tomorrow. Also, thank you for getting right to the point. I clicked on four or five other videos before I found yours and they started talking about everything but the actual recipe.
Im back to say I’m making your chicken for the second time! It’s sooooo good! Just follow her instructions VERBATIM! Your chicken won’t burn and it’ll become your favorite easy recipe!
I’ve used this recipe twice. Both times the flavor was great but the exterior was not close to being crisp. I followed the recipe to the letter. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks so much, I'm trying this now. Staying away from family for next 1 year and this recipe is going to help me a lot. Very clear instructions and easy to follow.
I’ve seen other videos cook the skin side down til crispy and then place the chicken thigh in the oven rather than cook the other side on the pan. Do you reckon the way you showed is more beneficial? Or are there instances where cooking the other way are better?
