"Bread" is such an appropriate name, for that wonderful sitcom, too, because good bread is nourishing, sustaining and satisfying, for our bodies, just like, "Bread" satisfies us, mentally and emotionally, and sustains our attention, because it's so highly entertaining, and it nourishes our soul, because it brings us so much laughter. At its peak Bread was earning 21 million viewers a week. Then 2 cast members left. Producers recast but audiences never accepted them and the ratings began to fall. Sad too as the first four seasons were amazing.
