Another Castlevania hack. This one is made by xXbelmontXx. I played his Castlevania Reborn hack a while ago so even before actually launching this one I was sure that it wouldn't be an atrocity like some of the hacks featured on my channel. So, after completing it I can say that I liked it. Clever enemy placement, interesting level design. It does feel somewhat empty at times but it is far better that insane amounts of flying enemies on screen. Cartoonish style might not be for everyone but it is not over the top here so it is tolerable. And finally we have different music here taken from CV2 and CV3 - applause to Optomon for the effort. Well... This is one of the last hacks with more or less sane difficulty. There are few more that I would really like to record but I honestly don't know when or even IF I will be able to complete them with my usual 'no death' requirement. That doesn't mean that I will stop uploading videos for a long time - no, I will still upload playthroughs here and I also have some videos that will go to Shadowserg's channel eventually.
Don't know if you do Mario hacks or not, but, there was this old one called Luigi's Quest. It was a SMB1 hack. Pretty cool. Hell, I don't even know if it exists anymore.
Never played it but thanks to AVGN I am more or less aware of it. I did think about trying to record a playthrough but never got to it. Maybe some time later - this game is just not in priorities right now.
