Even knowing it was the no hit run, I still felt WAY too much anxiety with some of those monsters. Also thanks for telling me about the shortcuts. I legit had no idea you could swap on the fly like that.
I was there, literally could not breathe for that last split, you deserved this This also make for 4 of 5 no-hits I was there for, only missing Aria because it was a late-night secret stream and I was there that morning so does it really not count COPIUM
Amazing! I've been playing this game for years now and even then there is a lot of new things I've learned by watching this, not only on the speedrun matter. Congratulations!
That's a great question! The game never tells you, but you can swap books off and on by pressing L + R + down. You can also swap between books by pressing L/R + up.
@@JupiterClimb thanks! I did a little research and found turning the books off, but I didn't know it was the same thing to toggle them on, that's good to know for runs!
I need to disect this carefully, my skill needs to level up and I think being around the right people will help me. Call it a goal. I have rondo of blood amd the adventure under my belt but I want some metroidvania there as well. One problem I'm having is how quick you can damage with the cross and whip. and the use of entering and leaving the game
Surprisingly the Medusas weren't too bad! Their patterns are predictable, and you can anticipate when and where they'll spawn in from the sides. I did lose runs to Medusas (I lost runs to everything) but in Harmony they're pretty friendly by Castlevania standards.
