i think according to the story mode the danna would be boss, because at the end of story mode the in-game subtitles translate him as saying "give them hell boss". i don't speak Japanese whatsoever but i suspect that might be the implication

Also the Valentine's are not human and are artificial robot kind of people things so maybe because of his time-traveling age and is from older times just doesn't understand how they work, ao doesn't consider them human (I mean look up ramlethals intro it doesn't exactly scream human)
