Casualty is currently the longest running medical drama series in the world having been on air continuously since 1986, from 1999 to 2022 its sister show Holby City also aired. Both shows have gained numerous awards and have been appreciated by millions of fans throughout the world, though is it possible to truly say which show is better? Well in todays Spring special I have decided to give my opinion on whether Casualty or Holby City is the best medical drama.
